Application :

Application in floor , interior , outdoors building material ceramic tile, aluminum board, wood house structure and work in which cannot use nail.

Use:

1.Clean the surface and dry it , then crowd out the glue daub the glue on the surface , and use

   drawshave for even.

2. Fix the material and wait for 24 hours, let it dry by itself.

NOTES ON APPLICATION

Joint preparationthe joints must be clean, dry, and free of grease and dust. If necessary, remove traces of old sealing materials and other residues. In order to obtain neat edges, we recommend masking the edges of the joint with tape of a suitable type. Generally speaking, smooth tape should be used for smooth surfaces and crape tape for rougher surfaces. Do not apply primer over the edges of the joint. Remove primer stains immediately. SmoothingCut tip on a slant to desired bead size. Insert cartridge in caulk gun. Apply steady pressure forcing caulk onto surface for a smooth bead. Smooth bead with wet finger or putty knife to desired appearance. Wipe off excess with damp cloth. Paintable in 30 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity. Allow 24 hours before exposing to water. Periodically clean cured caulk with non-abrasive cleanser for best appearance.

SPECIAL NOTESNo more nails has been specifically formulated to minimize the need for mechanical fixings during the drying process. Depending on the substrates, it can be necessary to support heavier objects. One surface should be absorbent to ensure a solid, secure bond because solvent has to evaporate. For two non porous substrates apply PL 600 in vertical strands so that the solvent has the possibility to evaporate. Minimum application temperature -10°C. To ensure proper bond, press firmly so that all surfaces are in contact with adhesive. Allow to dry overnight to ensure proper adhesion. Bond is fully dry after 48h.

CleaningAreas soiled with fresh sealant may be cleaned with a dry pad or a pad soaked in a solvent. Any cured sealant can be removed by scraping (e. g. using a razor blade), or by using a special silicone remover product. For more information please consult us.
